-It is always our intention to be positive,
warm, and caring with your child. However, below is our procedure if
discipline is needed.
-A verbal warning.
-A short time out.
-Contact with the parents by the coach to discuss the difficulty.
-If all avenues have been explored and the disruptive behavior continues,
your child will be removed from class.
-Bad Weather: When the
Hudsonville
Public Schools close, daytime classes will be cancelled. If
Hudsonville Public Schools cancels evening activities Gymnastics
Unlimited will also be closed.
-Holidays: When GU closes due to a holiday,
a make-up credit will be issued if applicable.
5. Billing
We run month to month which simply means you pay by the month and stay
in the program as long as you want. If you cannot come to your 4
lessons in a month, please schedule a make-up.
If your child is not continuing gymnastics class for any reason, please
be sure to notify the
office
so that billing may be suspended. We must be notified before
auto-billing is done, otherwise, you will be responsible for that
month’s payment. There will be no refunds.
6. Automatic Billing
Do you need help remembering to pay your child’s gymnastics fee every
month? G.U. has automatic billing to better serve you. If you choose,
you can have your child’s gymnastics fees charged to your credit card on
a monthly basis.
It takes all the hassle out for you! (Note: You can stop automatic
billing at any time.) If

7. Late Fees
Our fees are due on the first day of the month. If your fee is not
received by the 11th of the month, a $10 late fee is added onto your
monthly charge.
8. Returned Checks
We charge a fee of $25 for all returned checks.
